Clinical Services Manager

Inova Employee Assistance (IEA), a core technology EAP located in Fairfax, VA is seeking an experienced manager of clinical services. This position reports to IEA's executive director and is responsible for IEA's clinical service delivery.

Duties include:
1. supervision and development of clinical staff
2. provision of assessment, referral follow-up services to covered employees and household members
3. providing training and orientations to IEA's customers
4. conducting CISD's and managing IEA's CISD service delivery
5. providing consultations to managers and supervisors regarding the supervisory referral process
6. dealing with customers and clients regarding issues relating to clinical service delivery and the supervisory referral process
7. ensuring that the clinical staff follow IEA's clinical and departmental policies and procedures
8. managing IEA's on call schedule and participating in the on call rotation
9. providing account management services to IEA employer clients
10. providing substance abuse professional (SAP) assessments under the DOT regulations

Job Requirements:
1. a strong customer service attitude
2. EAP and clinical supervisory experience
3. masters degree in behavioral health
4. license eligible in the Commonwealth of Virginia at the highest level of independent practice
5. the ability to function independently and to resolve complex problems
6. CEAP is preferred
